ERW Pipe and Profile Solutions
Metko Export produces pipes and profiles from hot rolled, cold rolled, and hot-dip galvanized coil sheets using the Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) method in compliance with TS EN 10219 and TS EN 10255 standards. Upon request, products are coated with water-based anti-rust primer.
Our Production Approach
- Raw Material: Hot/cold rolled coil and galvanized coil.
- Process: Edge trimming & forming → high-frequency ERW welding → calibration → straightening → cutting.
- Quality Assurance: Dimensional control, surface and weld integrity inspections according to TS EN 10219 / TS EN 10255; batch/lot traceability.
- Surface: Oiled/cleaned surface, optional water-based anti-rust primer.
- Packaging: Bundling, labeling, export-compliant protective packaging.
Product Range
- Section Types: Round, square, rectangular, profiles.
- Length Options: Standard (e.g. 6–12 m) and fixed lengths according to customer requirements.
- Options: Hole punching, beveling, special cutting, labeling/marking, anti-rust painting.
Applications
